User Account Information We Collect

Certain NLP products and services will require that you set up a user account. For you to do so, NLP requires the collection of certain information, which includes personal information such as your name and email address. This information is necessary for the creation of your login account, which will further enable you to gain access to certain NLP services. NLP is not responsible for any information or content that you post.

Permission to Use Your Data

If you are under the age of 13, please get permission from your parent/legal guardian before using this website and any NLP application, setting up your user account, or sending any email to us. NLP will not knowingly sell or market directly to minors (anyone under the age of 18) and will strive to seek parental or legal guardian’s authorization whenever NLP knows that a minor attempts to purchase an NLP product or service.

If you set up an account with NLP, you agree and understand that NLP reserves the right in its sole discretion to delete your account if you have not used your account for a period of time. The Data NLP Shares

NLP provides certain data to those third-party service providers the work for NLP and operate some of NLP’s core services, including hosting services and video streaming services. These third parties are required to provide security measures and to use your information for the sole purpose of providing their contracted services. NLP also shares general de-identified information about our users for tracking analytical information when using third-party web analytical tools. From time to time, NLP may use or share such general or de-identified information for research purposes.

Government Disclosure

It may be necessary by law, legal process, litigation and/or requests from public and governmental authorities within or outside the United States for NLP to disclose your personal information.

Information Collected Automatically

NLP receives and records information from your browser. NLP does not otherwise combine this information with other personal information.

NLP also uses a standard feature found in browser software, called a “cookie,” to establish and authenticate each user session, enable access to content, and monitor potential misuse of the accounts. We do not use cookies to collect personally identifiable information, nor does NLP combine such general information with other personally identifiable information to identify a user. If your use of this website or any NLP services or products, including the checkology™ platform, is unlawful in your jurisdiction, you agree to immediately cease use of this website or the platform.
