Peter DiCampo
Freelance Photojournalist
Peter DiCampo (Des Moines, Iowa). Peter is a freelance photojournalist whose clients include Time, The Boston Globe, The Christian Science Monitor, GlobalPost, BBC News and The Carter Center. He previously worked as a staff photographer at The Telegraph in Nashua, N.H., and launched his freelance career while serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in rural Ghana. Peter’s photography has been used in educational programs in the U.S. and Africa, funded by or in partnership with Peace Corps, the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief, Rotary International and the Friends of Ghana Society. He was awarded a grant from the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting in 2009.
