Kevin Noblet (New York).  Kevin joined Dow Jones as deputy managing editor in 2009, after 28 years at the Associated Press.  At the AP he was a reporter, news editor and bureau chief at U.S. and overseas bureaus, including New York City, San Juan, Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile.  In addition, he served at the AP as deputy international editor, deputy business editor and business editor.
