Josh Yager (Washington). Josh is a producer at CBS News, where he has worked since 1996 covering stories around the country and across Europe, the Middle East, Latin America and Asia. Reports he has produced have appeared on several network programs, including “60 Minutes” and “48 Hours Mystery.” He was embedded with U.S. forces during the invasion of Iraq in 2003, and he returned several times to cover combat operations, reconstruction and conflict management. Other assignments include the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia, the methamphetamine epidemic in America’s heartland, a terrorism-related hostage crisis in the Philippines and a two-hour special report on a wrongful murder conviction in Colorado. Before joining CBS News, Josh worked at ABC News, where he covered the Oklahoma City bombing, wildfires in California and an outbreak of the Ebola virus in Africa and a suburb of Washington, D.C.
