David S. Jackson

David S. Jackson (Washington). A media consultant, David was most recently director of the Voice of America, the U.S. government’s international broadcasting service. Prior to that, he spent 23 years at Time magazine, where he was a senior correspondent and national and foreign bureau chief. He also was a reporter for the Chicago Daily News.
