Caryn Rousseau

Caryn Rousseau (Chicago). Caryn is an entertainment and lifestyles reporter, based in Chicago, at the Associated Press. She started her journalism career in 2001 as an editorial assistant in AP’s Little Rock, Ark., bureau. In 2005, she became Midwest correspondent, based in Kansas City, Mo., with the AP’s youth-oriented multimedia service, asap. When asap shut down in 2007, she moved to the AP’s bureau in Chicago, her home town. She has reported from 10 states for the wire service, including coverage of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
